The client wished to study and experiment with a new disruptive Business Model, based on a digital services platform intended for a B2C target.
First of all, we helped it decide on the offering's content, study monetization possibilities, undertake prototyping, and experiment with the MVP.
After having validated the customer usage and experience during the experimentation phase, we steered the development of a beta version of the digital services platform, and then of a version of it for the general public.
Reinvent ways of working so as to develop collective success and agility
This rapidly growing technological player from the world of startups wished to develop its organization, working methods, and tools (the Business Plan provides for the quadrupling of the teams in the space of 2 years).
We helped it shift from an organization according to business function to a customer- and product-oriented organization, with the creation of multidisciplinary teams to deal with customers, and of a team dedicated to the technological platform (the company's core business).
We also industrialized the agile project approach (by introducing the automation of certain phases, collaborative and user friendly tools, and steering indicators).
Transform employees' experience & make them stakeholders in their own transformation
As part of the launch of a "Digital Workplace" program, we helped our client identify practices and associated technologies, so as to enable each employee to reinvent the way they worked.
We co-built the target employee experience in Design Thinking and Lean Startup mode.
At the end of an experimentation phase in the field, during which we coached the teams, we constructed the roadmap of target practices and technologies.
